Evan Mouhalis serves as Managing Partner at Mouhalis Capital Management. In this role, Evan oversees acquisitions and dispositions, business development, and oversees finance/capital markets. Evan previously worked for Starwood Capital Group (~$60B AUM global RE PE firm). He was dedicated to Starwood’s publicly traded mortgage REIT, Starwood Property Trust (“STWD”) as part of the CRE Capital Markets, Trading, and Syndications group. Prior to STWD, Evan worked for LNR Partners (a subsidiary of STWD) in their Loan Asset Management group as an Asset Manager. Prior to LNR, Evan worked in various finance roles at GL Homes/GL Commercial, one of Florida's largest residential and commercial developers. Evan earned his BS in Finance from Florida State University and his MBA from University of Florida.

Ryan Mouhalis serves as Partner and Chief Development Officer at Mouhalis Capital Management. In this role, Ryan is responsible for running the firm’s operations and managing entitlement, development, and construction processes. Ryan previously worked for Stephens Inc., a privately held global middle-market Investment Bank. He was dedicated to Stephens’ Western U.S. Depository Coverage group as an Associate. While with Stephens, he facilitated multiple transactions (~$600mm of aggregate deal value) across the Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt Capital Markets & Equity Capital Markets verticals. Prior to Stephens, Ryan served in the United States Navy as an Avionics Technician completing two deployments while onboard the U.S.S. John C. Stennis (CVN-74). Ryan earned his BS in Finance from University of Florida.
Andy Welz

Andy Welz serves as Director of Construction at Mouhalis Capital Management. In this role, Andy oversees all construction activities. Andy previously worked for a large residential home builder and commercial contractor in various positions including field supervisor, estimator and project manager. Prior to joining MCM, Andy owned and operated his own firm for 25+ years in south Florida building a variety of projects including multi-family, commercial and high-end residential. Andy is a state of Florida licensed general contractor and has a BS in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
Matt Hausman

Matt Hausman serves as Director of Acquisitions at Mouhalis Capital Management. In this role, Matt is responsible for identifying new opportunities and piloting each project throughout all facets of the development lifecycle. Matt previously worked for RMC Property Group, where he spent four years delivering top-quality retail projects across the state of Florida while specializing in site selection. Matt is a graduate of the business school at the University of Florida and resides in Tampa.
